For diamond jewellery under the "Factory Price" banner, orders are processed in usually 1-3 weeks. This time is utilized for fabrication, certification, hallmarking and delivery of the products.
We are continuously striving to get your products delivered as fast as possible. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take slightly longer than the time period mentioned above. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay immediately.

You can pay via all major VISA and MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupees) only. Prices mentioned are inclusive of shipping and taxes.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product delivered by YA-RA, you must write to YA-RA at yarajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of product delivery. If the user writes to YA-RA within this 24-hour window, an agent from YA-RA will pick up the delivered goods and YA-RA will refund the amount charged for the returned item after deducting 5% from this return amount to account for its expenses.
Do note that in cases of return requests initiated within 24 hours of delivery of the product, YA-RA will do an inspection of the product to ensure that no damages have been done to the product being returned. In case any damage is found, the product will be marked unsuitable for return and hence, no money will be refunded to the customer.
